Dining with Dangerous Donna two week meal plan is functional instruction on the types of food to eat to a healthier, leaner body. The plan's design is to coach you on daily eating the correct amount of protein, fat and carbohydrates. This meal plan is for both women and men and my female and male client's results is proof that this plan most definitely works. My male clients lose 6 - 13 lbs in two weeks and the women lose 5 - 8 lbs. This Meal Plan was created out of my preparation to participate in bodybuilding and figure competitions. However, this plan is modified for the general public. The food requirements are not as intensely restricted as for a competitor.  Therefore, you are learning to eat like a professional except the the foods are carefully selected for your successful finish.
